Emily and Charley have very different opinions on what their float for the Birdwell Island parade should be. Poor Clifford, the float is stuck in the middle. / Cleo, T-Bone and Clifford love to play "Follow the Leader." Of course it IS best when the leader changes but Cleo doesn't seem to understand why she can't be the leader all the time.
